For Subscribed Users:

Support requests are managed based on your Odoo subscription package.

Each package includes a specific number of service hours or tickets per month.

If you need additional assistance beyond your plan, you can easily upgrade or purchase extra tickets as needed.

For New or Non-Subscribed Users:

If you don’t yet have a subscription and need urgent support, we offer a one-time “Emergency Support Ticket” option.

This ensures you receive immediate help while still keeping the process fair and transparent.
